At Jagwonder, we value transparency and are proud of the meticulous care we take in our manufacturing processes. To showcase our commitment to quality, we offer an Open Plant Visit exclusively for our customers who have placed orders with us.

Eligibility and Guidelines for Open Plant Visit:

1. Customer Eligibility:
   • The Open Plant Visit is available only to customers who have placed an order with Jagwonder.
   • Only the customer who placed the order is eligible for the visit; relatives or representatives will not be allowed.
2. Identity Verification:
   • Customers must present a valid photo identification at the time of the plant visit.
3. Visit Scheduling:
   • Customers are welcome to visit our manufacturing plant with or without prior notice.
   • However, some time may be required for verification of the customer's identity and order details before entry is granted.
4. Restrictions:
   • If we suspect that a competitor or their representative is attempting to visit the plant to discover manufacturing secrets or if we believe that the visit is motivated by anything other than transparency, the visit will be disallowed.
   • The company's decision regarding the approval or disapproval of a plant visit is final and binding.
